Let's check in on those 2023 resolutions...
The turn of a new year is always a great chance to talk about reflections, new opportunities, and goals, and things are no different in the hospitality industry. You've made it through another up-and-down year with lingering post-pandemic challenges, some cross-continental wild weather over the holiday season, and time just isn't slowing down now that we're nearing the end of January!
One thing we hear from our existing clients is how grateful they are to offload some of the burden of planning, ordering, and maintaining supplies for their Lobby Shop. What if more hoteliers made it a 2023 GOAL to relieve some of the time and mental load from their busy staff? Wouldn't this ladder into meeting other goals this year? The other day we met with Chris, the General Manager of one of our "Done for You" hotels, who shared about how pleasantly surprised he is that sales have increased dramatically since the switch to higher quality products, and how pleased he is that the shop is always well-stocked, completely cutting out guest frustration when it comes to food options.
