This product contains almonds. These are the traditional and authentically Canadian dessert named after the City of Nanaimo but with Stacy’s own touch. It's made with only pure creamery butter and Canadian made icing sugar, it's pure decadence.
 
They’re sweet and delicious and made with a chocolate graham crumb base that’s then layered with a sweet, creamy custard filling topped with a thin dark chocolate layer using pure Callebaut Belgian dark chocolate.
 
Must stay refrigerated or frozen, they get soft and messy when warm. This occurs because all three layers are made with real butter. The melting point of butter is lower than our own body temperature so the product will melt if it’s held in your hand for any amount of time.
 
Ingredients: Bottom: Graham crumbs, sweetened flaked coconut, butter, ground almond, cocoa powder, white sugar, egg.
Middle: Icing sugar, butter, cream, custard powder.
Top: Callebaut dark chocolate, butter.
 
Stacy’s Cookies began in Vancouver, BC in 2015 with a single protein cookie called the Supreme. The bakery now includes delicious snack cookies, regular size and big café style muffins, Nanaimo bars, bundt cakes and more. Stacy uses familiar ingredients and has refined recipes over 30 years.
