These are a light, airy and super cute lemon poppy seed mini bundt cakes also known as bundtlettes. 
 
Each one is made with freshly squeezed lemon juice and freshly grated lemon zest.
 
The crunch of the poppy seeds are a delicious feature that sets them apart from the other lemon loaves and desserts. They’re brushed with lemon simple syrup and then topped with a sweet, lemon juice and icing sugar icing.
