Born out of a frustration of the market saturation in the peanut butter cup category, as well as a very complicated, tenuous past with peanut butter cups themselves, Zimt's founder, Emma, instead decided to create something less triggering and more enjoyable. 
Enter the Peanut Butter Caramel Crunch Bar- and it is a treat and a half.
